Driving toward Höfn on Iceland’s southeastern coast, I saw this abandoned farmhouse complete with neon pink graffiti and grazing Icelandic horses whose coats were wet and glistening from a recent rain shower. These horses, one of the purest breeds in the world, are friendly and will approach the fence line allowing you to get some close shots. This image is one of my favorites.
