This event is free and open to all active DCP members. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar. All attendees are encouraged to bring images with them from any genre of photography to share with the group. These can be images you have stored on your phone, laptop, or printed out.

About Oak Cliff Brewing Co.

For nearly 75 years, our founders and their families have called South Oak Cliff home. As kids, they passed by the Astro Drive-in Movie Theatre and Polar Bear Ice Cream shop while riding their bikes to and from their Grandfather’s church. Eventually, they left home for school. Years passed by, and when they returned, their old stomping grounds were almost unrecognizable. Older community spots were shutting down as new development projects reshaped the places they once knew. A new interest in Oak Cliff, especially the Bishop Arts District, brought more and more people across the Trinity River. During this transformation, they watched as the Craft Beer Movement rippled through Dallas-Fort Worth. As the revitalization of Oak Cliff and the beer-making revolution caught traction, the heart of Oak Cliff was lacking unique craft beer destinations to call home. About Tyler Station

Tyler Station is a collaborative village in the heart of Southern Dallas. The factory was originally constructed in 1925 for the Dixie Wax Paper Company, which remained in the building until 1995, when operations ended. Today, it’s the place where Oak Cliff Entrepreneurs, Creatives, and community leaders meet and work. It’s also a space for artists to express themselves and hone their craft. Q: Does it cost anything to participate?
A: Pics & Pints is free and open to all active DCP members. Not a member? Join today!

Q: Where is the event hosted?
A: Each month the Member Advisory Group will select a new local brewery or pub to host the Pics & Pints photo walk and social hour. Location details for the next event are located on the details tab of this event page.

Q: Do you have to attend the Photo Walk portion to be able to attend the Social Hour?
A: While we strongly encourage all to take part in both portions of the Pics & Pints event, it is not required. Is traffic keeping you from attending the photo walk? No worries! Meet us at the pub for the member social hour and photo share.

Q: When is the event hosted?
A: Pics & Pints is hosted in the evening on the first Thursday of every month. Our casual photo walks are hosted from 6-7 pm, and flow right into our social hour from 7-9 pm.

Q: Will drinks be provided?
A: DCP will not be providing drinks. Beverages may be purchased individually at the featured location’s bar.
